FM Global Hotel Front Desk Associate in Norwood, Massachusetts
Overview
Customer Service position of the hotel. Checking in and out the guests of the hotel, greeting and directing customers of the hotel and the conference center. Handling a multi-line PBX system for incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Main ambassador of the hotel and conference center.
Responsibilities
Guest interaction, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Help build customer loyalty by participating in various hotel programs. Troubleshoot in all areas of the hotel front office. Ensure all front office processes run smoothly. Increase service quality on an ogoing basis. Track guest feedback in order to provide consistant cusomer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivilent. Customer service experience. Hospitality background ideal.
