Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Norwood, Massachusetts
We are hiring for a Customer Service Call Center Agent for our client in the health and benefits industry!
We are seeking individuals looking to expand their career in a professional environment.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES FLEXIBLE HOURS BETWEEN 8 AM TO 10 PM.
Schedule is Monday – Friday.
Receive incoming calls, emails, etc. involving customer questions, disputes, or other inquiries.
Provide customer assistance on a wide array of topics.
Support product and service inquiries.
Support billing questions and disputes and answer delivery questions/concerns.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Must have and be able to demonstrate a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional customer service and documenting each call.
Position Must Haves:
Customer service experience in a retail setting or call center - must be able to deal with customer complaints.
Excel - position will use Excel daily.
Strong written and verbal communication - articulate, polished, and professional via phone and email.
Excellent computer skills - candidates must be able to learn and adapt to new systems as well as work effectively in email communications.
