Clean Harbors Technical Talent Advisor in Norwell, Massachusetts

The Technical Talent Advisor assesses business unit strategic plans, develops recruitment strategies to meet short/long-term hiring goals, and achieves successful delivery of recruitment targets. Responsible for the daily leading of technical recruiting activity, across a variety of complex and/or technical skillsets and positions. Provides internal and external consulting on talent pools and pipelines. Supports the current and forecasted hiring needs of the company by sourcing, interviewing, building rapport and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the new hire and onboarding process. Leads the development and execution of strategic talent initiatives within the business and help coach and mentor other recruiters/talent consultants on the team.

  • Collaborates with technical hiring managers throughout the staffing process; identifies headcount to establish strong pipelines towards meeting hiring goals.

  • Acts as an expert in process and procedure to ensure technology recruiting talent results are delivered.

  • Drives technology recruiting results through adherence to standard operating procedures and service level.

  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing methods and develop recruitment strategies, serving as a subject matter expert on candidates in your specialty.

  • Provides direction on appropriate strategies to target, attract and build a talent pool using creative recruitment.

  • Helps research and develop site specific recruiting plans based on demographics, labor supply and skill gaps.

  • Partners with leaders and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to execute a strategic workforce plan which addresses current / future candidate pools and market gaps

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology recruitment required

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
