We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner for self-service Digital and eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and a proven ability to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to define and execute a product vision that enhances user experience and drives business growth.

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs, focusing on self-service digital portals and eCommerce platforms.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.

• Agile Leadership: Serve as the voice of the customer in Agile Scrum or SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement.

• Team Development: Mentor junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management as Product Owner, with at least 3 years focusing on self-service digital portals or eCommerce platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in delivering scalable digital products with a focus on user experience and business impact.

• Experience with tools such as Aha, Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with modern web technologies, API integrations, and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
