Clean Harbors Senior MIS Product Owner in Norwell, Massachusetts

The Senior MIS Product Owner represents the end user of a software product during product planning, development, and release, as a part of the Agile development process.

  • Defines users, creates and maintains user stories, and develops and prioritizes functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements.

  • Develops manageable deliverables, milestones, and development schedules from large or complex user stories;

  • Estimates release dates and modifies schedule as required.

  • Establishes acceptance criteria for user stories, develops test cases, and approves stories.

  • May assist product marketing in defining the target market, developing marketing materials, or understanding the product value proposition.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.

  • Expert knowledge of ITIL and Information Security best practices.

  • Ability to oversee the Agile Scrum based Delivery process.

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines as well as coordinate, prioritize, and communicate project statuses to required parties.

  • Project management skills.

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work as part of a team.

  • Decision-making skills.

  • Oral and written communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking skills.

  • Performs work with a high degree of latitude.

  • Handles the moderate /complex issues.
