Job Description
The Alpha Group is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service to assist in their rapid growth.
If you are energetic and have strong communication skills, can effectively multi-task, and would get excited about helping people find jobs then this position is for you.
Daily responsibilities include:
Recruiting prospective candidates utilizing, telephone, internet, job boards, internal database, etc.
Prescreening candidates via phone and in person to determine skills and qualifications
Meet candidates at their various job sites in Rhode Island and Massachusetts to provide tours and orientations for new hires
Communication to prospective candidates about job requirements, shifts, and hours.
Ensures workers have all necessary information to be successful on their assignments.
Answer questions from workers regarding pay and payroll questions
Complete required pre-employment process.
Assist associates with the electronic onboarding process
Requirements
bilingual skills in Spanish both verbal and written is required
Strong typing/data entry ability
Good analytical and organization skills
Self-starter with strong judgment ability
Ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to walk through job sites with potential Applicants

In fact, Jessica is a proud member of DAR (Daughter of the American Revolution). Having grown up in Wisconsin, she has a love of country living, and peace and quiet. This is why when she’s not shopping or antiquing, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, relaxing on the porch, being outside in nature, or learning more about her family genealogy.
