Specialty Station Chef, Fattoush Grill & Bakery (Northborough, MA): The Specialty Station Chef will prepare high-quality Middle Eastern food in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. Use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet our customers expectations both in restaurant and for catering orders. Follow instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organize workstations, and assist other cooks as needed. Estimate expected food consumption, requisition or purchase supplies, or procure food from storage. Ensure that the refrigerators and storerooms are kept clean and tidy. Plan and price menu items. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or foreign equivalent and 1 year experience working as a chef.
