Our client, a leader in the healthcare supply industry, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the efficient distribution of medical and surgical supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high productivity levels, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Northborough, MA

Pay Range: $19-$20 an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am start. End time is when the job is completed, which means that overtime is mandatory. Most days are completed in 8-10 hours shifts.

This is a Temp to Perm position!

What's the Job?

• Pulling and packaging medical and surgical supplies and equipment orders for shipment.

• Operating power equipment such as forklifts and hand tools in a warehouse environment.

• Maintaining accurate records of merchandise shipped using RF scanning equipment.

• Examining, stocking, and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.

• Engaging in daily team meetings and activities to enhance team collaboration.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift.

• Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance from management.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with extensive walking required.
