Description

Our client in Northborough is looking for multiple scanning clerks to assist with a high-volume scanning project on a temporary basis. Scanning clerks should be organized, self-starters, with a strong work ethic. This job will entail using a computer program to scan files, as well as prepping files to be scanned.

When: July 8th start

Duration: contract through October

Hours: Full time, 8-4:30

Where: Northborough, MA (on-site)

Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in filing and scanning documents

• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of files

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work

• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other staff

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in using office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners

• Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
