We’re seeking a Facilities Maintenance Field Technician who’s ready to hit the road (in a company-provided vehicle) and bring top-notch service to multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Tackle maintenance challenges across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems.

• Travel between sites, ensuring everything from boilers to lighting systems runs smoothly.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical equipment—because you know downtime isn’t an option.

• Keep accurate records of your work while making real-time adjustments to optimize performance.

• Partner with contractors, monitor projects, and ensure the best value without compromising quality.

• Stay sharp on safety, keeping both yourself and the work environment hazard-free.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 10 years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience—you’ve seen it all and fixed most of it.

• Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred—show us your superpowers!).

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently across various locations.

• Computer skills for documentation (no coding required, just the basics).

Pay Details: $51.79 per hour
