Job Title: Senior Associate, Contracts Job Code: 10518 Job Location:Northampton, MA Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Associate, Contracts to join the L3Harris Maritime Sector\'s Contracts organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts/programs Essential Functions: Serves as the primary communication conduit between L3Harris and the respective customers Provides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements Analyzes material estimates, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness Works with cross-functional team to prepare proposals and approvals Prepares and conducts negotiations Ability to think critically, problem solve and work independently Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment Champions change management process with internal and external team Advises management of contractual rights and obligations Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and determine priorities while working on multiple assignments Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial, international and US Government customers Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Ability to clearly present information to broad audience, inclusive of management MS Office Suite Proficience NCMA Certification Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
