Reliable Temps Sales Account Executive in Northampton, Massachusetts
NORTHAMPTON/REMOTE - Sales Account Executive Reliable Temps is searching for professional Sales Account Executive candidates in the Northampton area! This position is remote or hybrid eligible and will require occasional travel. Base Pay: \$40k-60k/yr plus commission potentially doubling your yearly pay. Duties: Develop and manage a list of prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, networking activities, and various trade shows. Determine the HR and payroll needs of prospective clients through research and communication to successfully market and sell solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrate the product effectively to prospective clients. Think critically and handle unexpected situations that may arise during the sales cycle. Collaborate with our internal team to facilitate a smooth onboarding and successful implementation process for new clients. Achieve and exceed sales quotas. Qualifications: Previous sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Able to pass a background check Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
