JanitorFull Time - Northampton Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Olander Drive, Northampton MA Position Summary: Overnight position within our Facilities Services department based in Northampton doing varied janitorial responsibilities for our clinics and administrative building. . Position Responsibilities: Cleaning building; sweeping, mopping, dusting. Vacuuming and shampooing carpets as needed. Emptying trash/recycling receptacles daily. Clean and supply restrooms. Maintain overall appearance of location. Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED required. Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience, 1-2 years preferred. Valid driver\'s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job. Eye for detail and a willingness to get the job done. Integrity and ability to work independently. Background screening (CORI). Incentives / Benefits: \$18.00/hr. Generous time-off package.
