We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Director of Sales Enablement in North Reading, MA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Worldwide Content and Demand Generation, this role will be responsible for creating TraceLink’s sales enablement strategy, and managing a small team to execute it.
Build a sales enablement program that trains the Sales team on the messaging and value proposition for key TraceLink solutions; measures their understanding; and provides tools for use in prospect-facing conversations.
Work collaboratively with Sales management and subject matter experts to understand different archetypes; regional nuances; and enterprise direct, channel partner, and consumer-driven sales processes.
Create sales enablement collateral—including pitch decks, data sheets, call scripts, FAQs, competitive battle cards—specific to industry segments and sales roles.
Establish a process for Sales rep ongoing certification, and associated KPIs.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Content Marketing to understand top-of-the funnel awareness and education content that works in concert with sales enablement tools.
Using Seismic, create playbooks for the team that prescribe what tools to use in what selling scenarios, and at what stage of the buyer’s journey, and measure adoption.
Establish a process and schedule for reviewing and updating materials.
Manage TraceLink’s sales content repository to ensure that information is easily accessible for the sales team.
Develop overall KPIs for the sales enablement program.
Manage a small team, driving a high level of productivity and high quality standards.
Sales enablement experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales role.
Experience managing staff is essential.
Experience supporting enterprise - direct sales, channel partner sales, and consumer-driven sales a significant plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong presentation and project management skills.

Experience with company-wide program implementation.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Working knowledge of Seismic and/or Litmos, or similar systems, a plus.
