We are looking for a compassionate, conscientious and hardworking BCBA.
Great full-time opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst working to help cover our DDS/ABI Residences (as well as occasional Shared Living, and Individual Support Services).
The BCBA will provide direct applied behavioral analysis, functional behavioral assessment, and development of Behavioral Support Plans for adults with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or autism spectrum disorder. In addition, the BCBA will also participate in the development of Individual Service Plans including periodic reviews of treatment plans. Other duties would include caregiver trainings and education, data analysis and attendance at team meetings.
Schedule: Monday through Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: $77,137/year
Catchment areas : Waltham, Watertown, Stoneham, North Reading, Cambridge, Wakefield, and Woburn.

Required Skills
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis required
At least two years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required
Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
