Alarm Responder -North Reading

As an Alarm Responder , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients. You will be responsible for promptly responding to alarm activations, investigating disturbances, and ensuring property protection. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive under pressure, are highly observant, and possess excellent decision-making skills.

These are full time positions on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift.

Pay rate: $21.75/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond swiftly and safely to alarm activations within assigned zones.

  • Investigate disturbances, assess potential threats, and document findings.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and law enforcement as needed.

  • Ensure the proper functioning of security systems and report any malfunctions.

  • Provide a visible and professional presence to deter criminal activity.

  • Prepare detailed incident reports in a timely manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age

• Reliable means of transportation

• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
