As the Sr. Analyst, Our Brands, you'll provide advanced insights to anticipate and solve business needs across the supply chain through data warehouse extraction, business intelligence, and expert collaboration; thus improving C&S's business decision making and operational efficiency/excellence through continual process and system improvements. This position requires advanced technical ability and leadership capabilities in order to interact with team members as well as across functions.

Job Description

• Full Time - Hybrid Role (Post Training)

• Location: Keene, NH

You will contribute by:

• Gathering requirements, setting and communicating due dates, and facilitating timely completion of projects.

• Providing analytical support and recommendations through data warehouse extraction, business intelligence, and expert collaboration to the procurement teams, procurement management, and other business units. .

• Developing scripts to move data between systems, maintain system configuration and job schedules.

• Proactively collaborate with peers and leadership across business units to develop and implement ad hoc analytical solutions in order to support innovation as well as anticipate and adapt to the needs of our customers and our business. Anticipate business needs and provide solutions.

• Providing guidance to team members across the procurement organization at all levels to resolve complex situations and to facilitate requirements which include gathering and processes enhancement as needed, or have more advanced technical abilities in querying and scripting languages.

• Own and manage solutions to completion by collaborating with leaders, peers, and other analysts at all levels.

• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Travel Required: Yes (10%)

We’re searching for candidates with:

• Advanced project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Programming, SQL, VBA and Python experience preferred.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to function independently; ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.

• Ability to travel periodically (10%)

Years Of Experience

• 5-7: years of professional experience with a minimum of three years of project management / process improvement experience required, preferably in supply chain environment. Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
