Cape Associates, Inc. Residential Property Manager in North Eastham, Massachusetts
This individual must be very familiar with all aspects of residential and commercial buildings: structure, water infiltration, mechanical systems, water and septic systems, and life expectancies of building materials and systems. Personal integrity, trustworthiness, and communication skills are a must. Must be available for weekend or off-hours emergency storm checks, 1-2 times per year. Must take and be responsive to emergency phone overnight one week on a rotated schedule. Must pass a CORI check. Must be reasonably efficient with a Computer, Smartphone, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Position is full time.
