Encouraged to apply;Military encouraged, No Degree The ideal candidate will: Have Automotive Service Advisor background. Have familiarity with Chrysler Jeep Dodge and RAM franchises. (Beneficial, but not required) Have ability in many aspects of fixed operations including warranty, customer pay and internal RO and work control, dispatch, technician interaction, business growth, customer relations etc. Work with BDC personnel and technicians. Work closely with all dealership personnel to ensure inventory health, customer experience and dealership CSI remains high. Possess the ability to work with staff to ensure that all operational guidelines are adhered to. Be familiar with AutoMate DMS as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Have excellent problem-solving skills in customer facing situations. Available positions offer a solid income opportunity and room to grow! Automotive advisor experience is required.
