Sales / Business Development / Account Executive (Entry Level)

Full Time / Direct Hire position

Base Salary + Commissions + Benefits

We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to join our sales team in our North Billerica site. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong drive to succeed, and be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Prospecting/penetrating new accounts

• Networking within existing account to maximize sales growth over the phone, via email, video calls, social media and site visits

• Educating new customers on the benefits of using our specialized staffing services

• Managing any issues that may result in revenue loss

• Building long lasting business relationships with current and new clients

• Comfortable making cold calls
