As the Senior Compensation Consultant, you will participate in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs that support our strategy. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Global Compensation you'll provide advice on compensation matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
You Will:
Provide advice to stakeholders on compensation issues related to pay structures, pay changes, market pricing, new hire offer, wage and hour regulations and incentive plans.
Perform job evaluations/assessment and market analysis/benchmarking and make sound recommendations.
Respond promptly to Workday compensation transaction requests.
Partner with HRIS team and HR stakeholders to streamline Workday compensation processes.
Participate in the building and maintenance of a scalable job architecture.
Responsible for survey participation; monitoring and evaluating benchmark data, trends and economic projections and recommending changes to maintain a competitive market position and internal equity.
Participate in the planning, administration, and execution of merit and promotion cycles.
Help develop employee compensation communication and education strategies; support the deployment and execution of these strategies.
Help create internal tools and resources to manage compensation decisions including the creation, documentation, and implementation of compensation administrative processes.
Participate in the testing, auditing, and deployment of compensation processes in Workday.
Stay current on pay transparency legislations and make recommendation to keep compliant.
Utilize HR data in making decisions through advanced analytics.
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
CCP designation or working towards certification.
7+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of regulatory aspects of Compensation (i.e., FLSA, pay equity)
Proficient in excel.
Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, including Executive-level.
Ability to manage sensitive information and exercise sound judgment.
Salary Information: 125-145k, 10% bonus
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk and hear. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
