WATTS Inventory and Analytics Manager in North Andover, Massachusetts
The Inventory and Analytics Manager will lead Inventory Planning and execution across the Watts Americas portfolio at Distribution Centers, Sales Agent Sites, and Manufacturing sites. They will lead the yearly and monthly inventory planning process and reconcile gaps to Actual results. They will maintain Watts Inventory plans and ensure adherence and alignment. They will manage the execution of Safety Stock calculations, Agent Inventory requests and reconciliation, and related system maintenance. This position provides input and design to the inventory strategies and plans that meet the company’s short-term and long-term supply chain planning objectives. This position will also lead the supply chain analytics function and drive our data driven supply chain strategy and execution. Managing one analyst, they will use data to provide insights and solutions for various supply chain functions and projects. This position will be supporting multiple platforms and sites in a matrix organization. The right candidate will have experience in a matrix organization, be a strong influencer, and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across all functions. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Own the Watts Americas yearly and monthly Inventory Plan
Define and implement metrics to measure planning performance
Lead the creation and adherence to Watts Inventory policies through collaboration across the matrix
Maintain accuracy of planning data in ERP and APS systems
Implement and improve planning processes and systems
Improve the customer experience
Manage multiple complex projects
Routinely interact with internal and external customers
Manage one analyst
- 4-year degree; specialization in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
- Supply Chain Analyst
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
5 -7 years’ experience minimum with supply chain planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and relevant software applications.
Business Intelligence experience, Power BI preferred
Advanced Planning System experience, Anaplan preferred
Project Management, APICS or other related certification is preferred
