WATTS Identity Access Manager in North Andover, Massachusetts

Watts is seeking an experienced Identity Access Manager to join the Information Security Team. The Identity Access Manager will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of all layers of identity & access management applications including authentication/authorization, user account provisioning / management, user permissions through groups and user lifecycle management. The Identity Access Manager should be able to identify areas of improvement, research the best way to tackle the problem, be able to describe to others why you chose the approach you did and then implement the solution when it pertains to identity and access management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Manage and maintain identity and access management solutions/protocols (SSO, Modern Authentication and PAM)

  • Planning and testing new SSO integrations, legacy integration enhancements and integration reconfiguration.

  • Ensure PAM tool effectiveness in terms of making sure it is running according to vendor specification, configuration, and deployment requirements.

  • Create and standardize user access lifecycle.

  • Responsible for run & maintain support of the Privileged Account Management system to protect, detect, and respond to security threats.

  • Support security documentation program manager providing SME input into policy, standards, and guidelines.

    EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Certification and expertise in CEH, CISSP, GIAC, or other related certifications preferred.

    MANAGEMENT :

  • This position has no direct reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years or professional experience in information security roles

  • 3+ years of related cybersecurity architecture or engineering.

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft and Linux based operating systems.

  • Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic or BeyondTrust

  • Experience integrating servers, middleware, network devices, applications, and business services with PAM solution

  • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies such as AWS and Azure.

  • Experience scaling and integrating directories (LDAP, AD, Azure AD etc).

  • Comfortable working in a large centrally managed environment.

  • Results oriented, self-motivated, with effective oral/written communication skills.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
