Watts will embark on a significant multi-year transformation endeavor – a major ERP implementation.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and talented individual to join our team as an OCM (Organization Change Management) Lead. Harmonizing, standardizing and simplifying business processes at enterprise level is one of key program objectives.

There are four major workstreams in the ERP program: business process, change management, technology, and data. The business process workstream covers six major business value streams:

OTC (order-to-cash), STP (source-to-pay), ITD (inventory-to-delivery), FTP (forecast-to-plan), PTP (plan-to-produce) and RTR (record-to-report).

The OCM Lead will report to the ERP Director directly and provide partnership in developing the overall OCM strategy and driving execution for this multi-year global ERP implementation, which covers business process standardization, stakeholder management, communication, training, and overall adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Use a structured methodology and lead change management activities throughout the entire ERP program starting from global template design, system build, pilot deployment to subsequent deployments

  • Assess change readiness among stakeholder groups and identify potential barriers/risks to implementation

  • Analyze the impact of the changes on all areas of the organization and develop viable, actionable plans to overcome resistance and effect change

  • Develop and execute plans to engage stakeholder groups and manage the process of change.

  • Plan, lead and execute program communications to build awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support for the program. Be a storyteller connecting the change needs to the value being delivered

  • Work closely with the Training Lead as part of the OCM team, developing and delivering training strategy and managing the delivery of a role-based training program for employee impacted by the program-related changes as well as evaluating of the training program effectiveness

  • Apply systematic approach and tools to evaluate and monitor organizational change effectiveness. The evaluation and monitoring of the impact of OCM activities require a set of specific and meaningful performance measurements.

  • Collaborate with implementation partner’s OCM lead to ensure coordination across projects; provide consultation and collaborate with program teams to integrate change management processes and tools into their project plans.

  • Manage status and report on progress, delays, wins, and issues to the program leadership teams; p roactively identify risks, raise concerns, and provide risk mitigation measures

    Requirements:

  • 5+ experience in project coordination, project management or similar working at a large, global, manufacturing company.

  • Excellent relationship building skills required.

  • Interest in learning a variety of change management methodology and practices, technology adoption, and strategic communications methods and practices, including stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments

  • Ability to collaborate with, engage, persuade, and influence business partners, stakeholders, management teams at all levels

  • Strong leadership and prioritization skills

  • Ability to understand, interpret and control operational risk

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others inside and outside of department.

  • Positive attitude and comfortable managing ambiguity and conflicts

  • 50% travel to the Andover, MA location and our manufacturing sites is required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.

Location: Andover, MA or Remote with 50% travel to Andover, MA
