As the Demand Planning Analyst you will manage forecast activities for specific product groups, perform supply chain analytics, and drive data-based decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance statistical forecasts, influence demand, and help close gaps to meet business targets. Under the guidance of the Demand Planning Manager, you will be a liaison for analyzing supply chain performance, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

You Will:

  • Develop and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts by integrating inputs from Sales, Customers, Product Managers, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

  • Operate and update the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool, ensuring data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.

  • Analyze historical trends, identify demand drivers, and assess forecast results through detailed analytics.

  • Lead forecast discussions, recommend adjustments, and collaborate with teams to close forecast gaps with countermeasures.

  • Provide input to Supply Planning on inventory strategies for new product launches, phase-outs, and ongoing product items.

  • Prepare and distribute reports on forecast accuracy, root cause analysis, and the impact on inventory and service levels.

  • Support broader Supply Chain functions by creating and delivering ad-hoc analytics and insights related to network planning, supply, and inventory.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or Finance.

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning and/or supply chain analytics.

  • Proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods, and an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.

  • Experience with Anaplan and PowerBI, or equivalent tools.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and business levels.

  • Strong facilitation skills.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
