FH CANN & ASSOCIATES Compliance and Quality Assurance Analyst in North Andover, Massachusetts

Perform daily audits on consumer interactions. Assist with maintaining and documenting customer service performance. Provide feedback to management regarding customer service representative audits. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHCs Information Security Policy and Procedures. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk and to lift and carry reports and records weighing up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Required Education and Experience Highschool Diploma or equivalent Experience with MS Office Degree or Veterans preferred but not required Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously as well as utilizing different tools. Preferred knowledge of NICE Engage, PAS, NSLDS (federal contract only) Familiar with Student Aid.gov (federal contract only) Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements Will be required to pass Federal background screening and/or state level criminal background screening.
