Job Title: BOS3-Tech 2

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to repairing and improving building and infrastructure, maintaining and repairing distribution center racking, assisting service technicians, completing preventative maintenance routines, and managing departmental inventory. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization, complete all safety training as assigned, and comply with all safety programs, policies and procedures. Additional duties/assignments may be required by management from time to time.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 640 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This role requires candidates to be comfortable with their performance being tracked by data and numbers. While we do not micromanage, we have a system in place to understand if you are meeting expectations. Your shift will be BHN (Wed - Sat) 4:30pm-3:00am, but this could be subject to change. For the first 2-weeks, new-hires will travel to a training facility at a nearby site or designated training location to complete training/onboarding. We will provide any accommodations for travel (rental car/hotel accommodations/per diem if over 50 miles/1-hour from location).
