Our family-owned, family/customer-oriented business, of over 75 years, is seeking a Full-Time licensed HVAC Technician. Job description: H.A George is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC/R systems, possess mechanical knowledge, build and install duct, and be able to design, build, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position requires a valid driver\'s license as it involves driving a company vehicle to various job sites. Duties/Responsibilities - Install HVAC systems following specifications and company standards - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units - Collaborate with the design team to improve system efficiency - Drive company vehicle to job sites for installations and service calls. - Rotate \"on call\" status during evenings and weekends as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience as a service technician is a plus - Knowledge of boiler systems and property maintenance is advantageous Hours and Benefits: - Wage: based on experience. - Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm - Rotate \"on call\" status during evenings and weekends as needed. - Paid Time Off: Five paid personal/sick days; One week paid vacation to start, Two weeks after 2 years, Three Weeks after 5 years - 80% Employee Pay Health insurance - 100% Employee Pay Dental insurance - Simple IRA employee matching up to 4% contribution - Long Term disability policy which pays 60% of salary if out of work over 90 days (Effective after 90 days of employment)
