Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Western MA who is currently seeking Direct Care Personnel to assist them at their facility on a full time basis.

Details of the position include:

Location: Openings in Williamstown, Adams, North Adams and Clarksburg

Duration: 13 weeks to start with likelihood of extension

Facility Type: DDS Group Home

Schedule: All shifts available for full time and part time

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Join a premier human service organization and help change the lives of individuals served. Support individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and help them to live their best life.

Duties include:

• Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster their personal growth striving to obtain their goals

• Provide and maintain safe home environment

• Plan, implement and document teaching plans/strategies

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  18 years of age or older

  Reliable transportation

  HS Diploma/GED or one year in the field
