Payment Systems Specialist

Payment and Systems Specialist support Sales and Operations through the installation and service of our payment and networked systems. We are looking for a specialist that is based in West Newton, MA and is willing to travel throughout New England.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install payment systems at customer locations

• Troubleshoot and repair payment systems in response to customer calls

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair IoT at customer locations

• Promote customer satisfaction with property managers

• Maintain a sufficient and accurate inventory of replacement parts

• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times

• Perform other duties as requested

Skills:

• Ability to learn and comprehend new technology

• Technical troubleshooting

• Network and Hardware troubleshooting skills

• Working knowledge of routers, switches, and cabling

• Multi-task, team player values

• Able to lift 100 lbs. for short periods of time

• Ability to use power and hand tools

• Enjoy change and the latest cutting-edge technology

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

• Previous payment system or point of sale support and installation a plus

• Experience in unattended kiosk, vending or ATM experience including installation.

• College Graduate or Comparable Technical Training

• Good problem-solving skills

• Dependable, reliable, strong work ethic

• Attention to detail

• Proven capability to learn and organize new information

• An active driver's license along with a satisfactory driving record

• Ability to drive long distances

• Ability to pass drug screenings

• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy

• Excellent time-management skills; available to work overtime when needed

• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills a must

• Quick learner

• Team player

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation commensurate with experience

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
