What You'll Contribute

The Director, Process Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and streamline processes across various departments.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive process management framework to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

  • Define and establish process performance metrics, targets, and benchmarks to measure progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Design and implement process mapping and documentation methodologies to create clear, standardized procedures and workflows.

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in developing and implementing process improvement plans, including the use of Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and identify areas for further optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and tools to automate and optimize processes, where applicable.

  • Monitor and report on the progress, impact, and benefits of process improvement initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering, Agile, or other similar frameworks.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in project management and change management, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools, as well as process automation technologies.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, or business process reengineering roles, with a track record of successful implementations and measurable results.
