Are you ready to become a part of our dynamic Birthing Center team?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborates with registration department in providing required demographics and social security numbers as needed.

• Maintains the Birth log, according to department policies and procedures.

• Provides statistics related to births to the director on a monthly basis.

• Assists with name reports for infants for hearing screeners.

• Maintains current Notary Public status.

• Maintains and orders vital statistics supplies as needed.

• Works alongside medical records and the MA Department of Public Health legal office for special birth situations.

• Collaborates with physicians and other hospital clinicians on questions arising regarding birth certificate/fetal death reporting processes.

Scheduled Hours: Per Diem

Work Shift: Rotating

Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Skills: Typing/computer
