\$3500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME! DUTIES: A Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Assistant (PCA) is an active participant in the healthcare team who provides direct and indirect basic care to patients as well as support and care to families and visitors. The PCA is a valued member of the healthcare team, working shoulder to shoulder with nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals. We currently have opening in our Med Surg and Telemetry Departments. Multiple shifts available. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous PCA or EMT experience and/or completion of a CNA/LNA course or completion of a fundamentals of nursing clinical rotation Be able to obtain American Heart Association HeartSaver certification or BLS Ability to read, write, understand and speak English. Second languages are considered an asset. Ability to work every other weekend
