We pay a performance bonus every week! Average fabricator bonus is approximately \$120 per week! Davico Manufacturing is a local, rapidly growing company that distributes nationally. We manufacture over 3000 different direct fit catalytic converters and exhaust parts. We are looking for the best of the best MIG WELDERS and FABRICATORS to join our team. Davico offers highly competitive wages and benefits, and both 1st and 2nd shift positions are available. 2nd Shift offers a 4 day work week, hours are Monday ? Thursday, 4 PM to 3 AM and includes a shift differential of \$1.50 in addition to hourly wage below. We are looking for responsible individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding. Will PAY for good work history! Applicants will be expected to take a welding competency test. Paid training will be provided for the fabricating position. A hard-working, fast learning, detail and quality oriented employee with a good work ethic would excel with us. Salary of \$18 to \$26 per hour based on experience to be contingent on results of weld test. 1/4 yrs of experience 18/20 per hour 5/9 yrs of experience 21/23 per hour 10 plus years of experience 24/26 per hour Position requirements: ? Minimum of 2 years MIG welding experience ? Must be able to work with tools of the trade such as angle grinders, drills, plasma cutters and die grinders Basic Qualifications: ? Minimum 2 years of MIG Welding experience ? Must pass a welding competency test ? Able to work in a fast paced environment ? Submit to medical screening Benefits: ? Weekly Performance Bonus ?
