Perform upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space with Maintenance/Engineer team Maintain existing warehousing & production facilities Inspect and repair machinery as well as facility systems like electrical and plumbing Welding repairing parts or systems Assist in the maintenance of company vehicles Coordinate project status with supervision to prevent unplanned production downtime Qualifications Ability to follow plans for repair and maintenance Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, sanders in the set up and fitting for welding or in finishing of welds. Physically capable of lifting as much as 100 pounds, and carrying 50 pounds Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. Effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize task High school diploma or GED A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred. Previous experience in facility/factory maintenance, including with conveyor belts
