Job Title: Maintenance Tech Job Description: Safely maintains the physical condition and appearance of the property Satisfactorily completes all work orders within 24-48 hours Inspects and clean common areas such as hallways, stairwells, lobbies, parking lots, lawns, and dumpsters. Cleans up debris, removes trash, changes light bulbs in common hallways and exterior walls of the buildings Is responsible for \"on call\" for properties. Responds to emergency maintenance repairs after working hours. Available by phone, text & email 24/7/365 Works closely with property managers to maintain required inventory levels on supplies, tools, etc. Completes and files all paperwork on a daily basis to include: work orders and turnover paperwork Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with residents and staff. Preserves and respects confidentiality of resident information. Other duties as assigned Hourly Rate: \$23hr-\$25hr (based on experience) Will have to go through a CORI check.
