Openings are located in New Bedford & Mattapoisett locations Lead the daily operations of the teller line and in conjunction with the leadership team, maintain a positive team member experience, assisting with team member development and motivation. Advocate and maintain a positive member experience by greeting members, assisting them with their banking needs and fostering relationships to ensure the members needs are being met. Support and monitor recommendations around efficiencies, initiatives, and improvements in assigned branch. Safeguard the integrity of the branch, ensuring all policies and procedures of the credit union are followed and that the branch is operationally sound. We?re looking for someone with positive vibes, and a willingness to help others. A team player with an innovative mindset, who likes to think outside the box. Our Member Relationship Advisors advocate for a positive and meaningful customer and team member experience by overseeing the daily operations of the teller line. There is no list of products to sell we strive to create long-lasting relationships by delivering valuable service to our members. One plus years of experience working in a financial institution to include some teller and/or customer service experience.
