re:fab Construction Estimator in New Bedford MA Area in New Bedford, Massachusetts
This position will support sales and operations departments
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Meet or exceed estimating quotas
Complete site inspection takeoffs for estimating
Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized
Assist in gathering pertinent project information to complete estimates
Travel required
This position will report into the Director of Remodel Division
Construction Estimator Requirements & Skills:
Have an innovative approach to the work for better efficiency
Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
Capacity to work within a high-performance, cross-functional, and fast-paced organization with tight timelines and goals
Written and verbal communication presentation skills are necessary
Develop detailed cost estimates as designs develop, communicating with various stakeholders on cost drivers and value engineering opportunities across all trades
Experience in value engineering and cost modeling with fast turnaround results
