Description

In this role, you will be instrumental in enriching our recruitment strategy across the US and Canada by implementing full-cycle recruitment processes, employing efficient attraction methods, and building meaningful connections with potential candidates. You will have a significant role in exploring market best practices, analyzing recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness, and ensuring a seamless digital recruitment experience. With your expertise in workforce planning, in-depth market knowledge, advanced interviewing skills, and project management, you will contribute significantly to enhancing our brand image and fostering a workforce that aligns with our core values and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Implement full-cycle recruitment processes to attract high-quality candidates.

• Employ efficient attraction methods to ensure a broad range of potential candidates.

• Build meaningful connections with potential candidates to foster positive relationships.

• Explore market best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.

• Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruitment processes and make necessary improvements.

• Ensure a seamless digital recruitment experience for all candidates.

• Utilize your expertise in workforce planning to ensure our workforce aligns with our business needs.

• Leverage your in-depth market knowledge to stay ahead of recruitment trends and attract top talent.

• Use your advanced interviewing skills to accurately assess candidate suitability.

• Manage recruitment projects effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Manage scheduling and calendar management for recruitment activities.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Recruiter role or similar HR position

• Proficiency in the full cycle of recruiting, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring

• Demonstrable experience with Background Checks and Hiring Processes

• Solid experience with Scheduling Appointments and Calendar Management

• Proven skills in Workforce Planning and strategy

• Strong decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

• Adept at using professional social networks, especially LinkedIn, for networking, sourcing and direct recruitment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
