Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and advise customers on insurance coverage and protection options, relating to property and casualty insurance

  • Customize plans to suit the individual's or company's needs

  • Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy

  • Answer clients questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies

  • Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special interest groups to compile lists of prospects
