part time, for greater Boston area accounting firm with offices in Needham and Framingham, MA.
Responsible for: greeting clients, fielding phone calls, handling correspondence including email, USPS, FedEx etc., processing incoming confidential materials and outgoing tax returns, maintaining copiers, printers, postage machines, filing documents, uploading and downloading documents to firm?s secure portal, scanning documents, maintaining partner?s calendars, processing client invoices, ordering organizing office kitchen supplies, proofreading documents, running miscellaneous errands -bank, post office etc.
QuickBooks Experience Data Entry Detail Oriented, Personable, and Don't get stuck in the weeds
Candidate must: be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word and comfortable navigating Excel; be organized and flexible in a busy office environment, maintain client confidentiality and exhibit a detail oriented work demeanor.
