Occupational Therapist - Early Intervention

Great opportunity to join our dynamic, professional, and interdisciplinary team as a Occupational Therapist! Our Early Intervention services support families and their children, from birth to age three, who have, or who are at-risk for, developmental delays and disabilities.

We are seeking a full time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home and community-based therapeutic and support services to children (0-3 years old) and their families in the Needham/Newton/Wellesley/Weston communities.

Responsibilities include: home and community-based visits, parent support and coaching, multidisciplinary eligibility evaluations and developmental assessments and service coordination.

Pay Range: $62,731/salaried to $76,322/salaried depending on years of experience

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required

  • Good computer skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

  • Bilingual English and Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Amharic, Nepali preferred

Required Experience

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or an OTD

  • Independent Licensure preferred

  • Experience in early intervention, special needs populations and early childhood preferred
