Job Title: Electrician Lead

Job Description

Our team is seeking a licensed Electrician for an exciting position located at a private university campus. This role will involve close collaboration with the Director of Facilities and the VP of the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and minor repairs to all Electrical systems on campus. This includes the main plant, academic buildings, and individual dorm rooms. The role also involves handling work orders and requires basic computer skills.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of Electrical experience

• Licensed Electrician

• Troubleshooting and identifying issues

• Work orders processing (basic computer skills)

• Lab experience

• Preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, air handlers, etc.

• Management experience

• Experience in other trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

The work location is a beautiful campus situated right in the middle of the Babson University athletic complex. The college hosts approximately 400 students during the academic year, and during off months, it accommodates a large number of summer camps with about 1000 daily campers and 200 of them being overnight. The campus comprises 5 buildings which are easily walkable within 5 minutes. It offers a quiet atmosphere and is conveniently accessible from the highway.
