The Pharma Services Group ( PSG ) is an industry leader for drug development, clinical trial logistics and commercial manufacturing to customers of all sizes through our Patheon brand. With more than 55 locations globally, we provide our clients with integrated, end-to-end capabilities through all phases of development, including API, biologics, viral vector services, formulation, clinical trial solutions, logistics services and commercial manufacturing.

How will you make an impact?

We are looking for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content manager to join the Pharma Services Digital Marketing Operations and Analytics team and be responsible for managing content on patheon.com. As AEM content manager, you will serve on a cross-functional team with digital strategists and a development team to fulfill business requirements and accomplish marketing and communication objectives on a regular cadence.

What will you do?

  • Directly collaborate as a part of the Marketing team to maximize web/digital content delivery, engagement, outcomes, and end-user experiences.

  • Oversee the daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of the website, including but not limited to:

  • Managing all assets.

  • Creating experience fragments.

  • Conducting periodic content audits to ensure the sites are updated with the most relevant and timely content for our audiences.

  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure appropriate website content aligns to the overall strategy.

  • Keep up with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.

  • Develop workflow and processes.

  • Train and provide documentation/requirements.

  • Support regional WordPress sites in Asia-Pacific region.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree – Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field required

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a part of a digital or marketing team with responsibility for website presence.

  • Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.4 or higher.

  • Experience with personalization using Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. Familiarity with other Adobe tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad Cloud and Launch by Adobe.

  • Experience in implementing search engine optimization (SEO) tactics.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Enterprise site level authoring experience; comfortable working on a large framework.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for image formatting and editing and Adobe XD for website wireframing and prototypes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Passion for using analytics to drive action and experience with data visualizations or visual storytelling.

  • Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues.

  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.

  • Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience with hands-on management and execution of digital initiatives such as UX/UI and web/digital implementation.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and front-end web frameworks such as Bootstrap.

  • Video editing and formatting experience.

  • Experience in front-end and back-end web development for the WordPress content management system.

  • Experience with Brightcove, Marketo, and Google Analytics.

  • Any Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) related certification is a plus.
