Job Summary: As a Community Relations Coordinator at Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and promoting our home care services to potential clients in the Metrowest-Boston, Massachusetts area. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of $22 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a community relations plan to increase brand awareness and promote Griswold Home Care services in the Metrowest Boston area. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, senior living facilities, social service agencies, and other community organizations. • Attend networking events, health fairs, and other community events to promote Griswold Home Care services and build relationships. • Conduct client assessments and provide information on our home care services to potential clients and their families. • Collaborate with the team to create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations. • Maintain an organized database of community contacts and partnerships. • Discuss the use of social media and other digital platforms to connect with potential clients and community partners. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and quality care for clients. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in communications, healthcare, or a related field. • At least 1-2 years of experience in community relations, outreach, or sales in the healthcare industry. • Knowledge of the Metrowest Boston healthcare landscape and community resources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet set goals and targets. • Proficiency in computer usage and social media platforms. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
