Milford Regional Medical Center Student Nurse Aide in Milford, Massachusetts

Statement of Purpose: The Student Nurse Aide (SNA) is responsible for providing patient care under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing and graduating in either 2023 or 2024. Preference will be given to students attending local colleges who could potentially work as SNAs for two consecutive summers, as well as school breaks. License/Certifications: BLS Certification. Experience: Must have completed one Med/Surg clinical rotation. We anticipate having openings in the following departments: Emergency Department, Med/Surg, Medical Oncology, ICU, Endoscopy, Infusion, PACU, the Float Pool, and Maternity. New SNAs must attend orientation on all three of these dates: May 18, May 19, and May 20th, from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Interviews will be scheduled primarily during school spring breaks. Please submit a cover letter telling us something about yourself and the areas of nursing that most interest you. Include the dates of your spring break and any additional dates you may be available to interview in February or March. If called for an interview, please bring two letters of recommendation . One of them must be from a Clinical Instructor. The other may be from a second Clinical Instructor, Professor, or Employer.

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
