Statement of Purpose: The Registered Nurse maintains responsibility for the provision of professional nursing care demonstrated through the nursing process involving assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role, including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization (Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice - ANA, Current Perianesthesia Nursing Standards and Practice Recommendations and Interpretive Statements). Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School for Registered Nurse. Certification / License: Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts. Current CPR, ACLS and PALS certification required.
Experience: Licensed graduate, recent critical care nursing experience required, recent PACU or ICU experience preferred.
MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
