Job Title: Mixer Operator/ Forklift

Job Description

We have 2 openings for the position of Mixer Operator/ Forklift. Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of incoming containers, ensuring adequate supply for uninterrupted operation, calibrating and operating filling machines, and maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the work area. You will handle various machines such as the lid dropper, label machine, bail-o-matic machine, case packer, and palletizer. Accurate data input into electronic systems for inventory control is required. Adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary is essential.

Hard Skills

• High School degree or equivalent

• Basic math skills

• Ability to use company software and computer system programs

• Ability to operate various machines (fill by weight machine, video jet, labeler, palletizer, case packer, can and carton computer, depalletizer)

• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Soft Skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Accuracy and cleanliness

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milford, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This position is within a manufacturing environment that can be messy due to paint filling operations. The facility spans 10,000 square feet and has 40 employees on the floor.
