Job Description

• Oversee 7 distribution center associates in a warehouse environment

• Organize and execute the distribution centers workload by shift to ensure on-time, in-full completion of all orders to customers.

• Coordinates and monitors the shifts operations to include inbound, outbound, tint specials, replenishment, etc. and reviews daily performance reports in compliance with KPI Metrics.

• Oversees quality and cleanliness of the work areas and equipment based on warehouse checklist and ensures all equipment is accounted for daily such as RF scanners, MHE etc.

Skills and Requirements

• High School degree required or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.

• 3 years of experience in leadership roles

• Ability to operate a stand-up reach truck, forklift, pallet jack, etc.

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems - Experience in food, cosmetic, or comparable industry null
