Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in Methuen, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be a key player in a healthcare organization, tasked with responsibilities that involve talent sourcing, recruitment strategy development, candidate assessment, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top-tier medical professionals
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the healthcare organization
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process
• Promote the healthcare organization as an employer of choice within the medical community through participation in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events. Requirements • Must have previous experience in a medical office setting.
• Proficient in the Spanish language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to provide efficient Spanish translation services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage patient flow effectively.
• Proficient in using medical software for scheduling and maintaining patient records.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills related to patient care.
